Eat Your Veggies | STASH ‘EM

A great tip I came across this week on youtube, was to prep your vegetables. Wash and chop, then stack in the fridge. During the add then to each meal you are eating. The first week I tried this, I just put together some basics and too my surprise, everything except about half the celery was gone by Friday. What a win! Definitely give this a try.
