I’m desperately trying to limit the amount of animal products I consume and a BIG weakness is plain yogurt. I probably eat a small portion of plain yogurt on most days when I get home. This week I experimented with an idea of switching the yogurt for coconut milk instead. It turned our delicious, although I think it should be more of a dessert treat than a snack.
You literally just slice a banana, sprinkled some walnuts & cinnamon on top, then add a small amount of coconut milk (or coconut cream, if you’re really treating yourself), then enjoy! So basic.
