TUNA, APPLE & AVO SALAD

Get in the habit of keeping these ingredients around, you won't regret it.

YOU NEED:

  • 1 tin of tuna in brine
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/2 apple of your choice
  • 2 TBS of double cream greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Hand full of almonds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

THE METHOD

  1. Drain the tuna
  2. Mix in the yogurt
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper
  4. Cut the avocado in half, and take the pip out
  5. Hold each half one at a time and cut the flesh of the avo into cubes, while still in the peel
  6. Then scoop out the cubes with a teaspoon into tuna mixture
  7. Cut the apple in half and peel the half you will use
  8. Deseed that half and cut it into cubes, add to tuna mixture
  9. Lastly sprinkle the almonds on top
  10. Enjoy!
