A great way to use up left over food in your fridge at the end of the week.



  • 3 cups cooked quinoa (1 cup uncooked)
  • 6 multi-coloured roasted peppers, roughly chopped
  • 2 drained tins of tuna
  • Feta 125g (two blocks)
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onions (These are so easy to grow, I recommend you give it a try)
  • 5 Tbsp of Clean honey & mustard sauce, see me make it here (If you can’t be bothered you can use this cheat from woolies, but it is a cheat;) If you use the woolies cheat, then only add 3 Tbsp. Taste the salad and then add additional sauce according to your taste.
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp mix herbs of you choice
  • 2 tsp paprika


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly
  2. Serve hot or cold
